Jessica Hefty is a bachelor’s prepared registered nurse that has been working with new families in a variety of settings for over a decade. In addition to being a nurse, Jessica is a certified yoga teacher with additional training to teach prenatal/postnatal yoga through the Global Yoga Center in Chicago. She is also a Doula, Reiki/Massage practitioner and has been a Lactation Counselor since 2008.
